Always the violinist, never the...

I'm trying something new, and that something is non-chronological posting. If it really gets to me though, or seems to get confusing, I will reorder the posts. So, after my fierce-wind violin playing in May, I recollected a more soothing experience in wedding performances, that being in February for my dear orientation-mate Jarrett and his bride Muts. I hadn't performed in front of people in a very long time, so to ensure that my contribution would indeed add, rather than detract, from their special day, I strapped my violin to my back in the preceding weeks and forced many an unsuspecting soul to listen to me play--I even went so far as to go door-to-door at Leon Blum apartments offering impromto concerts. It was a small, beautiful ceremony, and I can't be grateful enough to have offered this small gift to such dear friends.
